BREATHE! Sometimes we have to physically and mentally step away from a situation when the solution seems to be elusive. It’s not about giving up, but giving in long enough to find your next breath, and possibly the right solution!:-)

Never under-estimate the ability and will power of THE HUMAN SPIRIT to prevail and persuade you to do things and go places you never imagined you would or could!:-)

DON’T BUILD BRIDGES that only you can cross! It’s our connections with others that keep us relevant, alert, challenged, and alive with a sense of humor and purpose!:-)

COURAGE isn’t something you need to find, it’s not lost because it resides within! The right situation is all it takes for the warrior in you to rise up and show out!:-)

DITCH the ‘what ifs’ – they keep you wasting away in wonderland doubting your ability to make sound decisions and plans you believe in and execute!:-)

DAILY, acknowledge your vices and struggles, but affirm thru your actions how amazingly blessed you are to know the face of love, kindness, forgiveness, faith, and courage!:-)

IT’S A PROCESS…You won’t  know what you’re capable of achieving without going thru trial and error. Never let fear keep you from your destiny! Break the threads that bind you!:-)

STOP trying to change the world, others, or anything else that matters to you, if you’re not willing and ready to change and be an example!:-)
